Reservations

In order to secure your reservation, we require a valid credit card on file. We will not process your payment until the morning of your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

As a small business, it is imperative that we protect our business and ensure that we are able to offer quality service to our guests.

If you need to cancel your booking, we require 7 days’ notice. The full stay charge will apply if a room is canceled in less than 7 days or if you do not arrive without cancelling. Please understand that we are not a hotel in a face paced setting where hotels are often sold out. 

For reservations of 7 nights or more, 30 days’ notice of cancellation is required with a 50% deposit which will be withheld if canceled in less than this time.

Parking

Parking is available on the property for standard sized vehicles (not RVs); one car per room.

WiFi

Free WiFi available.

Breakfast

Our full breakfast is served 7:00am – 9:30am (June-October). Please give us advance notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Room Occupancy

Prices are based on per room with the exception of Room #8 The Puffin. A 3rd person fee of $15 will be added. 

Pets

We love our pets too! We have 2 rooms that are pet friendly, The Puffin and Brigitte’s Suite. We do need a heads up and there is an additional cleaning fee of $35.00 per stay.  All other rooms will have a $200 cleaning fee. 

Smoking

Outdoors only – please keep clear of doors and windows.
