In order to secure your reservation, we require full payment.
As a small business, it is imperative that we protect our business and ensure that we are able to offer quality service to our guests.
If you need to cancel your booking, we require 7 days’ notice. A one-night charge will apply if a room is canceled in less than 7 days or if you do not arrive without canceling. For reservations of 5 nights or more, 30 days’ notice of cancellation is required with a 50% deposit which will be withheld if canceled in less than this time.

Parking is available on the property for standard sized vehicles (not RVs); one car per room.

Our full breakfast is served 7:00am – 9:30am (May-October). Please give us advance notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Prices are based on Single or double occupancy only (including children) with the exception of the Atlantic Suite.
We love our pets, but some guests are allergic so we do not unfortunately accept pets in our house.
Outdoors only – please keep clear of doors and windows.
